dante is a half elven man born of the god of murder's own blood. once he reached his age of majority, he became inflicted with the urge, a nigh insatiable blood curse that compels him to kill. he slew his adoptive parents and was led below the city, to a cult that worshiped his lord father. many years later, he's the revered and feared leader for the cult of bhaal, sowing despair and dread within the lower city whilst maintaining the persona of a popular, beloved bard.this is where things diverge some.

or after, once he's broken free of his father's grasp and has become a wandering hero to atone for his actions.

general info: a half elven man condemned by the dread lord, now chosen and champion of the Scribe of The Dead and previous sole god of death. now undying and eternally trying to atone for his sins, dante travels faerun as a wandering hero.appearance: dante is a mix of irish, scottish, and british. he has fair skin and bright, unnaturally green eyes. his hair is naturally white, falling around his upper back. it's pin straight around the top of his head that gradually becomes curly the lower it goes.he stands at 4'11" and 115 lbs, though with some subtle lean muscle, with calloused hands from hard work and string instruments. in terms of shape, he's triangular, almost veering into hourglass.aesthetically, here's a pin board.personality: dante plays into a lot of bard stereotypes. outwardly, he's a flirt and a little bit of an idiot, but otherwise harmless. in truth, he's a lot rougher around the edges, and despite his redemption, has a flimsy moral compass with a mean streak that could make even a bandit balk. he'll always try to strive for the "greater good," but even with his paladin-esque dedication, he still tries to have fun with it.
